*rest 3 minutes between rounds

Power Clean and Push Jerk EMOM:

5 Touch and Go Power Clean and Push Jerks

*Start at 115 and Add 10 Pounds every minute until failure - Meaning you Can't complete reps touch and go

Back Squat:
