12 Days of Christmas & Potluck (10:00 AM):

This WOD is performed just like the song. Start with movement 1, then movement 2 and movement 1, etc. There are 12 total rounds with one new movement being added each round. I.E. do 1 MU/Rope Climb, then 2 C&J + 1 MU/Rope Climb, then 3 Box Jumps + 2 C&J + 1 MU/Rope Climb, etc. The last round starts with 12 Front Squats and ends with 1 MU/Rope Climb.

3 Box Jumps (24/20″)

4 Hang Squat Snatch (95/65)

5 Bar Facing Burpees

6 Push Press (95/65)

7 T2B

8 Pistols (alternating)

9 KBS (24/16kg)

10 C2B Pullups

11 HSPU

12 Front Squats (185/120 – no racks)

Notes: Clean & Jerk may be any style. Racks ARE NOT allowed for Front Squats.
