This WOD is performed just like the song. Start with movement 1, then movement 2 and movement 1, etc. There are 12 total rounds with one new movement being added each round. I.E. do 1 MU/Rope Climb, then 2 C&J + 1 MU/Rope Climb, then 3 Box Jumps + 2 C&J + 1 MU/Rope Climb, etc. The last round starts with 12 Front Squats and ends with 1 MU/Rope Climb.
