CrossFit

CrossFit combines the best aspects of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and other fundamental movements at varying degrees of intensity to create dramatic gains in your fitness goals. While challenging the world’s fittest, CrossFit is designed to be infinitely scalable. Our program is designed to meet the needs of all of our members at their current fitness level, from beginners to competitors.

Synergy

Synergy combines metabolic conditioning and mobility to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of the separate effects. Synergy is a great workout designed to burn calories and develop a strong, fit, and agile body. Our workouts focus on using body weight movements, free weights, and elements of yoga to burn fat, promote muscle growth, and improve flexibility.

The Challenge

The Challenge is a six week program focused on teaching the behaviors and conditioning to develop a healthy lifestyle. It’s a great starting place for those new to fitness or looking to jump start their lifestyle, health, and fitness goals after an extended period of time.

CrossFit Kids & Teens

The CrossFit Kids and Teens programs are geared specifically to the younger age groups. The Kids (ages 8 – 12) classes will introduce kids to the foundational movements of CrossFit in a fun environment. The Teens (ages 13 – 18) classes continue to utilize foundational CrossFit movements and introduce more complex movements to create fun and challenging classes.

Our goal is to increase kids/teens' strength, endurance and confidence to help them excel at the other activities they might participate in through recreational, travel teams or school.
